- Color copier/printer - $0.50 per page
- Purchase a $1 copy card at kiosk on 1st floor (cash only)
- Bill changer available on 1st floor takes $5, $10, and $20. Change is given in $1 bills
Things you need to use the pay for print (color and b&w)
- Pay for print - copy card, available on the first floor near photocopiers
- Public computer access code - available from the reception desk at the East Entrance or Circulation Desk
- PDF or file type that can be opened by a web browser (public computers do not have Word, Excel, Creative Cloud or other document creation software)
How to print
- Use the computer access code to login to one of the 4 public computers located near the Reference Desk (or 2 public computers in the basement near the Gov Desk)
- Open your PDF file with Adobe reader or use a web browser to open your file in webmail, Gmail etc.
- Choose Print
- Select one of the following printers
- COLORPRINTER ($0.50 per page)
- REF Printer ($0.10 per page)
GOV Printer ($0.10 per page, located in basement)
- Choose the print range, number of copies, etc. and click OK
- You will be prompted to name your print job, give it a memorable name and lick Print Document
- Your print job will be sent to the Print Release Station located on the wall near Stair E (if in the basement near Gov Desk)
- Proceed to the print station with your Copy Card
- Insert your copy card in the card reader
- On the Print Release Station, find your print job, select it and click Print Document
- Black and White copies will come out of the printer adjacent to the Print Release Machine
- Color copies will come out of the Color Photocopier/Printer located on the 1st floor in the bank of photocopiers
- After sending the print, be sure the take your copy card back.
